How It Works
Send Photos
Send us a photo with the cover on your pool (if you have one) as well as a photo of the pool without the cover. Please include the longest length by longest width dimensions. The photos as well as the dimensions are imperative for providing you with a cost for replacing your pool safety cover(s).
Get A Quote
We provide you with a quote for the cost of replacing the cover in one of our three different materials (mesh, commercial mesh, or solid with a mesh drain hatch in the center).
Make Your Payment
Once the quote is provided and approved, we will then generate an invoice for payment. Upon completion of payment, we will then send a prepaid Shipping box (provided the cover is not over 22’x 40’….pools greater in size will exceed weight standards of FedEx).
Prepare Your Return
Clean all debris off of your existing cover, remove all stainless steel springs from the cover (they will be re-used when you get your new cover). Print the RMA form we provide you via email (staple one to the cover and tape one to the outside of the box). Contact FedEx for home pickup.
We Replace Your Cover
We will receive your cover and establish the pattern to recreate the same shape cover with straps in compliance with ASTM safety standards (note in some cases, you may have an extra strap or two built-in. This is to ensure safety standards are met).
We Ship Your Cover
We ship your new cover to your home. Once you receive your cover, re-attach the hardware and place your cover back on your pool.
